Live off the grid as much as possible. Electric hygiene begins at home, which is the foundation of a healthier lifestyle. Make certain your living habitat neutralizes the energy emitted as much as possible. That could be as simple as turning the Wifi off at night or implementing “clean” tech tools in your house. Here are some clever ways to eliminate that undesirable electricity:
The wellbeing of your body is essential. Make certain to start the day right. Stretch and connect first thing in the morning. Clear your mind, meditate, or do Qi Gong.
Keep moving. Try to get outdoors at least 2-3 times a day. Stay grounded and connect with the earth. Going barefoot is a great way to do that.
Eat healthy foods which promote a healthy electrical system and avoid acidic foods that weaken your system.
Hydration is helpful and your cells will be healthier too.
Keep a distance. Don’t have your cell phones too close to your head. Instead, vouch for texting to communicate.
Sleep sound. A good night’s rest is really important. Try turning off electronics at night and give the body a break from the buzzing energy.
Breathe better. Our breath connects with the our state of mind. Control your breaths and control you mind.
